Furthermore, it generates language for collective bargaining agreements, evaluates proposals and their associated costs and benefits, and generates supplementary negotiation materials.
  • Represents management in a variety of dispute resolution processes, including accelerated arbitrations, labor and classification complaints, and appeals.
  • Makes an effort to establish and maintain connections with union leaders and authorities, and actively participates in discussions to address common labor relations concerns.
  • Grievance management encompasses the following: monitoring developments, preparing responses, and participating in meetings.
